Developers of Small Housing Units Policy 2.6, modified Policy 2.6 <br /> Policy 28: Strongly encourage housing When allocating City funding, resources, and granting <br /> developers to build small single-family housing incentives and discretionary approvals, assign the following <br /> units, including detached second units.
