RESOLUTION NO, 11.425 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO THE CITY ENGINEER TO ACCEPT DEEDS AND <br /> GRANTS CONVEYING ANY INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY FOR THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON <br /> WHEREAS, Government Code $27281 allows the City Council to delegate authority to <br /> designated City staff to accept conveyances of real property;and <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. W31, the City Council previously delegated this <br /> authority to the City Manager,which authority the City Council leaves intact;and <br /> WHEREAS, now In the Interests of efildency, the City Council additionally grants <br /> authority to the City Engineer to accept grants of fee, easement, or any other interest in real <br /> property for the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE,DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SES 1.
