Box 520 <br /> Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> Recording requested Pursuant to <br /> Government Code Sections <br /> No Fee-27383&6103 <br /> APN: 941-1311-019415 <br /> GRANT OF EASEMENT <br /> THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT is made and entered into this_day of 2022 by and <br /> between Costco Wholesale Corporation, a Washington Corporation("Grantor")and the City of Pleasanton <br /> ('Grantee'). <br /> For valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, Grantor grants to Grantee permanent <br /> easements and right of way for roadway, sidewalk and landscaping purposes, including the right to <br /> construct,replace, inspect,maintain,repair,operate or remove a roadway,supporting columns,walls and <br /> footings,sidewalks,pathways, landscaping including any and all appurtenances thereto,over,under,upon <br /> and across the following described real property situated in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, <br /> State of California, described as follows: <br /> Exhibits-A,--B,--C,-and*D*attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Grantor reserves the right to use the easement parcels for all purposes not inconsistent with the <br /> easements. However,such use by the Grantor shall not include the construction of permanent structures, <br /> including but not limited to buildings, retaining walls,decks, patios,or other concrete structures within the <br /> easements. <br /> Grantee agrees upon completion of any of its construction hereunder to restore as near as possible the <br /> surface of the ground to the condition in which it was prior to the commencement of said construction. <br /> This instrument shall run with the land and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the parties <br /> hereto. <br />
