<br /> Company,LL.C.,a South Dakota limited liability company,In its capacity as Administrative Tnrsbe of The
<br /> LSI-S Trust created under The LSI-S Trust Agreement dated June 29,2018,as to an undivided 1!6 interest;
<br /> and North Point Trust Company, LLC., a South Dakota limited liability company, in its capacity as
<br /> Administrative Trustee of The LSI-0 Trust created under The LSI-0 Trust Agreement dated June 29,2018,

<br /> Grantor reserves the right to use the easement parch br al purposes not Inconsistent with the easement.

<br /> workmanlike manner. Grentse agrees upon completion of its construction of the Improvements hereunder
