A roll call vote shall be taken <br /> for all teleconferenced meetings. No action shall be taken by secret ballot, but <br /> electronic tabulation may be used to record and report roll call votes. In the event of a conflict between the <br /> Brown Act and these rules of procedure, the Brown Act shall control. [54953, 54953.5, <br /> 54957, 54957.91. <br /> City Council meetings may be recorded by the public and the media, provided such <br /> recordings do not interfere with orderly conduct of the meetings and do not constitute a <br /> persistent disruption of the proceedings. <br /> 7.1 City Council Meeting Schedule <br /> Each December, the City Council shall approve and thereafter follow an annual calendar <br /> for its regular meetings in the upcoming year. The annual calendar shall also identify <br /> dates for anticipated special meeting workshops. [36805]. <br /> 7.2 Quorum <br /> The presence of three Councilmembers shall constitute a quorum of the City Council <br /> necessary to transact business at a meeting. In the event a quorum is not in attendance, <br /> those attending the meeting will be named in the minutes, and they shall adjourn the <br /> meeting to a set date, time, and location.
