CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 04-016A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2004 REVISION OF THE TRI- <br />VALLEY TRANSPORTATION COUNCIL STRATEGIC EXPENDITURE <br />PLAN (SEP). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton is a member of the Tri-Valley Transportation Council <br /> (TVTC); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton is a party to the TVTC Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement <br /> (JEPA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the TVTC JEPA includes a Strategic Expenditure Plan (SEP) that must be <br /> approved by all member agencies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the TVTC has reviewed and updated the SEP to reflect changes in project funding <br /> needs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the TVTC has unanimously recommended that all member agencies approve the <br /> 2004 revised SEP; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves the 2004 revision of the Tri-Valley Transportation Council Strategic <br />Expenditure Plan (SEP). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
