CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 437 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 46, ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 <br /> (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID <br /> ORDINANCE, RE ANNEXATION NO. 40, KAISER QUARRY <br /> ANNEX A <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated April 1.8, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance <br />No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into <br />zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 46, as shown on map dated <br /> January, 1966, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as <br /> EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall <br /> designate the land use and zoning district <br /> of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> A. All that territory in Annexation No. 40 <br /> westerly of the Southern Pacific Company <br /> right-of-way: I-P (Industrial Park) District. <br /> <br /> B. All that territory in Annexation No. 40 <br /> lying easterly of the Southern Pacific Company <br /> right-of-way: I (Industrial) District. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on January 3, 1966. <br /> <br /> ADOFrED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Pleasanton on JANUARY ]0, , 1966, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: COUNCILMEN BUBICS, GERTON, HARDING, McWILLI~IMS & M~\YOR LONG <br /> NOES: NONE , <br /> <br /> /,JOHN B.
