Resolution No. 22-1308 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />SECTION 10. The assessments shall be collected at the same time and in the same <br />manner as County taxes are collected and all laws providing for the collection and enforcement <br />of County taxes shall apply to the collection and enforcement of the assessments. After collection <br />by the County, the net amount of the assessments, after deduction of any compensation due the <br />County for collection, shall be paid to the Lighting & Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993-1 <br />Windsor. <br />SECTION 11. The moneys representing assessments collected by Alameda County shall <br />be deposited in the City Treasury to the credit of the special fund known as the "Lighting & <br />Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993-1 Windsor' previously established. Moneys in the fund <br />shall be expended only for the maintenance, servicing, construction or installation of the <br />improvements. <br />SECTION 12. The adoption of this resolution constitutes the continuation of assessments <br />for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023. <br />SECTION 13. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
