In determining the equivalent amounts on a <br /> different time basis,the Fire Chief shall provide tables for use in converting monthly salaries to hourly <br /> rates,as well as for calculating hourly rates. <br /> 5.4 Salary Ady ancemcnt <br /> Permanent and probationary employees shall be advanced one salary step in their respective classifications <br /> after satisfactory completion of full-time service, until they reach the top step of the applicable salary <br /> 5 <br />
