Other Related Services and Standards <br /> Franchise Agreement with Pleasanton Garbage Service <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton Page 79 June 7, 2022 <br />6.2.3 Collection Records 2812 <br />Records shall be maintained by Contractor for City relating to: 2813 <br />A. Customer services and Billings; 2814 <br />B. Weight and volume of each material type Collected separately (e.g., Solid Waste, Recyclable 2815 <br />Materials, Organic Materials, C&D, Bulky Items, E-Waste, Used Motor Oil and Filters, etc.). Where 2816 <br />possible, information is to be separated among Cart Service, Bin Service and Drop Box Service 2817 <br />and/or Customer type (e.g., Single-Family, Multi-Family, Commercial, and Drop Box); 2818 <br />C. Routes; 2819 <br />D. Facilities, equipment and personnel used; 2820 <br />E. Facilities and equipment operations, maintenance, and repair; 2821 <br />F. Disposal and Processing of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, and any other 2822 <br />materials separately Collected; 2823 <br />G. Daily record of the quantities of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials Collected; 2824 <br />and, 2825 <br />H. Records of on-call clean–up Collections received by Contractor. Such records shall include the date 2826 <br />of such Collection and shall demonstrate that Contractor did not provide more than three (3) clean-2827 <br />up Collections at no charge to any one Customer per year. 2828 <br />Contractor shall maintain records of all Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials Collected 2829 <br />in the City for the period of this Agreement plus five (5) years after its expiration or earlier termination. 2830 <br />Records shall be in chronological and organized form and readily and easily interpreted. In the event City 2831 <br />requests, Contractor shall provide all records of all Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic 2832 <br />Materials requested to City within thirty (30) calendar days of discontinuing service. 2833 <br />6.2.4 Recyclables and Organic Materials Collection Service Records 2834 <br />Records shall be maintained for Contractor that relate to: 2835 <br />A. Mandatory Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials Collection service especially as related to 2836 <br />determining participation and set-out rates, complying with mandatory service requirements of SB 2837 <br />1383, and implementing programs to increase existing participation and to expand Diversion 2838 <br />including, but not limited to, Customer names and addresses and contacts made; 2839 <br />B. Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials sales value; 2840 <br />C. Weight of material recovered by type; 2841 <br />D. Weight of Residue Disposed; and, 2842 <br />E. End use and markets for recovered materials. 2843
