COLLECTION SERVICES 910 <br />5.1 General 911 <br />The work to be done by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall include the furnishing of all labor, 912 <br />supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, and all other items necessary to perform the services 913 <br />required by this Agreement. The enumeration and specification of requirements for particular items of 914 <br />labor or equipment shall not relieve Contractor of the duty to furnish all others, whether enumerated 915 <br />elsewhere in the Agreement or not. 916 <br />The work to be done by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be accomplished in a thorough and 917 <br />professional manner so that the residents and businesses within the City are provided reliable, courteous, 918 <br />and high-quality service at all times. The enumeration and specification of requirements for particular 919 <br />aspects of service quality shall not relieve Contractor of the duty of accomplishing all other aspects, 920 <br />whether they are enumerated elsewhere in the Agreement or not. 921 <br />Contractor acknowledges that the City is committed to Diverting materials from Disposal through the 922 <br />implementation of source reduction, reuse, Diversion programs and that the City may at some time in the 923 <br />future implement, in accordance with Section 4.3, new programs that may impact the overall quantity or 924 <br />composition of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials to be Collected by Contractor. 925 <br />5.2 Solid Waste Collection Services 926 <br />5.2.1 Single-Family Solid Waste Collection Service 927 <br />Contractor shall Collect Solid Waste placed in Contractor-provided Carts once per week from Single-Family 928 <br />Premises. Contractor shall provide each Customer with a thirty-five (35) or ninety-six (96)-gallon Cart (or 929 <br />similar sizes approved by the City) as requested by the Customer. For Single-Family Premises, Contractor 930 <br />shall Collect Carts from the Curbside (or at other designated locations for townhomes, condominiums, or 931 <br />attached Single-Family Premises) unless the Occupant is physically unable to place the Container Curbside. 932 <br />In such case, Contractor shall Collect Carts from an alternative service location (such as the side yard or 933 <br />back yard) at no additional fee. Customers that are physically capable of moving Carts Curbside may 934 <br />choose to subscribe to side yard or back yard service and Contractor shall Collect Carts from the 935 <br />alternative service location and may charge the Customer for the extra service in accordance with the 936 <br />City-approved Rate on the Rate schedule in Exhibit G. 937 <br />Contractor shall replace Solid Waste Carts that have been stolen or damaged at no cost to the Customer 938 <br />not more than once per year. 939 <br />5.2.2 Single-Family On-Call Bulky Item and Clean-Up Service 940 <br />A. General Requirements. Contractor shall provide each Single-Family Customer with three (3) on-call 941 <br />Curbside (or at other designated location for townhomes, condominiums, or attached Single-Family 942 <br />Premises) clean-up services per year at the Customer’s request at no charge. The Contractor shall 943 <br />promote, manage, staff, and operate the on-call clean-up services. 944
