Maintain physical presence on work sites and good communication e\ith contractors skilled laborers to assure reasonable time allotments and quality of service. as needed. Basic Services I. Conservation Review and reline the conservation schedule to reflect contemporarytcJhnietucs tot to m term and immediate care of public artworks. 2. Maintenance a. Review and reline the maintenance schedule for all works in the Public Art Collection. based on both regular presentative care and situation responses such • as vandalism. public safety. artwork deterioration, site maintenance, lighting issues and mechanical considerations affecting presentations. h. Submit Schedule of Tasks Performed— In collaboration with Collections Manager. create and deliver an assessment of repairs scheduled and emergency maintenance and on-going consers ation that has been completed, to include materials that was used lar projects and approved for reimbursement.
