ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-99 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING CITY OF PLEASANTON FEE <br /> POLICY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton adopted Resolution No. 90-131, <br /> Financial Policies, which states in general terms the <br /> City' s Fee Policy; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to define its Fee Policy more <br /> specifically; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City engaged the services of David M. Griffith to <br /> recommend a formal Fee Policy for the City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: The City Council adopts the Fee Policy as set forth <br /> in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> Section 2 : This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br /> A MEETING HELD ON MAY 19, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATT ST: <br /> Pegg idro, O ity Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO F <br /> Michael H.
