Since this meeting, the
Agencies have developed a communication plan that includes radio ads on KKIQ and
print and digital ads in The Independent, Pleasanton Weekly, and East Bay Times
newspapers that were launched in May. Additional communication includes a mailed
postcard to all water customers in June and messaging via social media and other
communication platforms.
Staff from the Agencies will continue to collaborate on drought messaging, rebate
programs, and shared conservation efforts.
Submitted by: Fi cal Review: Approved by:
Kathleen Yurchak Mahin Shah Gerry Beaudin
Director of Operations Interim Director of City Manager
and Water Utilities Finance
