At the assessment hearing, the board shall hear and consider all protests and make <br />modifications, if determined necessary, to the proposed assessments. After the close of <br />the public hearing, the board shall confirm the assessments as submitted by the <br />Director of Engineering or otherwise determined, and order that the amount of each <br />assessment be levied against all parcels within each GHAD. <br />If the assessments are ordered, the City Clerk will record the Notice of Assessments <br />with the Alameda County Tax Collector as provided in California Streets and Highways <br />Code §3114. <br />Submitted by: <br />Stephen atrick <br />Director of Engineering <br />Fis k11A <br />M <br />Interim Director of Finance <br />Attachments: <br />1.
