CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 436 ZONING UNIT NO o 48, ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE LAND DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT COMPANY TRACT NO. 2802 (VINTAGE HILLS) The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 48, as shown on map dated December, 1965, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning district of said territory. SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further described as follows: All that property in Tract No o 2802 (Vintage Hills), in approved Tentative Map submitted by Land Development and Investment Company, lying generally southeasterly of Vineyard Avenue. Said territory shall be classified pursuant to the various uses set forth in detail on said map, as approved in the Planned Unit Development for said tract. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on December 6, 1965.
