8.2.2.3.4. Annually receive documentation that the POTW <br />receives vehicle -transported solid waste that is an anaerobically <br />digestible material for the purpose of anaerobic co -digestion with <br />POTW treatment plant wastewater to demonstrate that the <br />POTW meets the requirement of Title 14 of the California Code <br />of Regulations Section 18993.1(h)(2). <br />8.2.2.3.5. Departments shall submit these records as attachments <br />to invoices processed for payment by the Finance Department. <br />8.2.3. Electricity Procured from Biomass Conversion. For <br />Electricity procured by the City or its Direct Service Provider from <br />Biomass Conversion, the City shall: <br />8.2.3.1. Procure electricity from a biomass conversion facility <br />that receives feedstock from a composting facility, <br />transfer/processing facility, a solid waste landfill, and/or <br />receives feedstock from the generator or employees on behalf <br />of the generator of the Organic Waste. <br />8.2.3.2. Maintain records and conduct the following <br />recordkeeping activities: <br />8.2.3.2.1 Keep records for the amount of Electricity <br />Procured from Biomass Conversion facilities, <br />8.2.3.2.2. Receive written notification by an authorized <br />representative of the biomass conversion facility <br />certifying that biomass feedstock was received from a <br />permitted solid waste facility identified in Title 14 of the <br />California Code of Regulations Section 18993.1(i). <br />8.2.3.2.3. Submit these records as attachments to invoices <br />processed for payment by the Finance Department. <br />8.2.3.3. If Electricity Procured from Biomass <br />Conversion is procured through a Direct Service <br />Provider on the City's behalf, the applicable City <br />department shall enter into an enforceable contract <br />requiring Direct Service Providers to comply with this <br />Section. <br />Purchasing Procedures and Manual 26 <br />
