All parties agree to: <br />a. Be aware of and informed about the hazards known to be associated with the <br />SARS-CoV-2, novel coronavirus referred to as "COVID-19." <br />b. Be familiar with and informed about the Centers for Disease Control and <br />Prevention ("CDC") current guidelines regarding COVID-19 as well as <br />applicable University, federal, state, and local governmental directives <br />regarding COVID-19. <br />c. To the best of their knowledge and belief, be in compliance with those current <br />CDC guidelines and applicable governmental directives. <br />d. Take steps to comply with any modifications, changes, or updated guidelines <br />or directives made by the CDC or any other applicable governmental <br />directives. <br />e. Notify the other party immediately, if at any time one party becomes aware <br />that they do not comply with CDC guidelines or another applicable <br />governmental directive under this MOU. <br />Page 9 of 9 <br />
