City Manager 2. Adopt a resolution calling a General Municipal Election to be held Tuesday, November 8, 2022; a resolution requesting consolidation with the Statewide General Election; and a resolution pertaining to the submission of candidate statements 3 Adopt a resolution authorizing allocation of $552,772 of the City of Pleasanton's share of Alameda County Measure Al Housing bond funds to Tri -Valley REACH, a California nonprofit, to provide assistance in the construction of two accessory dwelling units to provide affordable housing to four additional residents with developmental disabilities 4. Approve an agreement with Office Depot for purchase of citywide office supplies and paper in compliance with State law SB 1383 for the amount not -to -exceed $300,000 for two years with option to extend the agreement for three one-year terms 5. Approve goods/services agreements with Ogden Costa Creative Group, Jennifer Hines Design, Tom Kane Design, and Uptown Studios to provide on-call graphic design services for the not to exceed aggregate of $540,00 over a three-year term Community Development 6. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Pleasanton and the Regents of the University of California (UC) on behalf of the UC Cooperative Extension Alameda County Master Gardener Program for the development and management of the Master Gardener Demonstration Garden at the Bernal Community farm site, and authorize the Master Gardeners to proceeed with installation of a cover crop on a portion of the site, including funding of up to $75,000 to support this work 7. Approve plans and specifications, review bids, and award a construction contract to Argo Construction, Inc. in the amount of $2,249,020 for the Library Roof Replacement Project, CIP No. 14408 9. Adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 22/23 Budget to incorporate a list of projects funded by Senate Bill 1, The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 10. Public Hearing — Adopt resolutions approving the 2022/23 annual assessments for Landscape Maintenance Districts 1984-1 (Ponderosa -Del Prado), 1993-1 (Windsor), 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch), 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm) And 1995-1 (Moller Ranch) 11. Public Hearing — Approve the Traffic Mitigation Measures Improvement Plans for the Johnson Drive Economic Development Zone, review the final cost estimate for the Traffic Mitigation Measures, approve amendment one to the Transportation Improvement and Cost Allocation Agreement, and approve six purchase agreements to acquire the public right-of-way necessary to construct the traffic mitigation measures Finance 12.
