City Manager <br />2. Adopt a resolution calling a General Municipal Election to be held Tuesday, November 8, 2022; a <br />resolution requesting consolidation with the Statewide General Election; and a resolution <br />pertaining to the submission of candidate statements <br />3 Adopt a resolution authorizing allocation of $552,772 of the City of Pleasanton's share of Alameda <br />County Measure Al Housing bond funds to Tri -Valley REACH, a California nonprofit, to provide <br />assistance in the construction of two accessory dwelling units to provide affordable housing to <br />four additional residents with developmental disabilities <br />4. Approve an agreement with Office Depot for purchase of citywide office supplies and paper in <br />compliance with State law SB 1383 for the amount not -to -exceed $300,000 for two years with <br />option to extend the agreement for three one-year terms <br />5. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Pleasanton and the Regents of <br />the University of California (UC) on behalf of the UC Cooperative Extension Alameda County <br />Master Gardener Program for the development and management of the Master Gardener <br />Demonstration Garden at the Bernal Community farm site, and authorize the Master Gardeners to <br />proceeed with installation of a cover crop on a portion of the site, including funding of up to <br />$75,000 to support this work <br />7. Approve plans and specifications, review bids, and award a construction contract to Argo <br />Construction, Inc. in the amount of $2,249,020 for the Library Roof Replacement Project, CIP No. <br />14408 <br />9. Adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 22/23 Budget to incorporate a list of projects funded <br />by Senate Bill 1, The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 <br />10. Public Hearing — Adopt resolutions approving the 2022/23 annual assessments for Landscape <br />Maintenance Districts 1984-1 (Ponderosa -Del Prado), 1993-1 (Windsor), 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch), <br />1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm) And 1995-1 (Moller Ranch) <br />11. Public Hearing — Approve the Traffic Mitigation Measures Improvement Plans for the Johnson <br />Drive Economic Development Zone, review the final cost estimate for the Traffic Mitigation <br />Measures, approve amendment one to the Transportation Improvement and Cost Allocation <br />Agreement, and approve six purchase agreements to acquire the public right-of-way necessary to <br />construct the traffic mitigation measures <br />Finance <br />12.
