CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO o 435 ZONING UNIT NO. 47, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE ALISAL MEMORIAL TEMPLE ASSOCIATION APPLICATION FOR PROPERTY SOUTH OF BLACK AVENUE The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 47, as shown on map dated December, 1965, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning district of said territory. SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further described as follows: All that territory described in the application of Alisal Memorial Temple Association, being approximately two acres on the south side of Black Avenue easterly of Tract No. 2678. Said area is hereby zoned R-1 (Single-family Residence) District. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on December 6, 1965.
