Mayor Brown thanked staff for providing clarity on a project in Item 3 through a site tour to help <br /> visualize the proposal. <br /> City Manager <br /> 1. Approved meeting minutes of November 2, 2021 <br /> 2. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 21-1268 authorizing submittal of the <br /> application to CalRecycle for SB1383 Local Assistance Grant Program (FY 2021/22) and related <br /> authorizations <br /> Community Development <br /> 3. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> 4. Approved and authorized City Manager to execute the Funding Agreement with the Alameda <br /> County Transportation Commission related to grant requirements and reimbursements related to <br /> the West Las Positas Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements Project, CIP No. 17567; Allocated <br /> $717,000 in Measure B and $150,000 in TFCA funds for a total of$867,000 towards CIP No. <br /> 17567 <br /> 5. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 21-1269 regarding the additional expenditure <br /> of$160,103 of Altamont Open Space funds for consulting services with the Alameda County <br /> Resource Conservation District for prioritizing land-acquisition based on wildlife presence/activity <br /> and habitat connectivity adjacent to interstate 580 and determining the expenditure is consistent <br /> with the Altamont Landfill Settlement Agreement <br /> Engineerinq <br /> 6. Accepted public improvements performed by Ross Recreation, Inc. for the east and central <br /> playgrounds at Ken Mercer Sports Park and the playground at Vintage Hills Park, and public <br /> improvements performed by Park Planet for the playground at Tawny Park, CIP No. 21745; <br /> authorized the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion; authorized transfer of the remaining <br /> balance of$176,491 from CIP No. 21745 to CIP No. 22745, the Annual Playground Renovations <br /> 7. Approved and authorized City Manager to execute an amendment to the task authorization with <br /> Pakpour Consulting Group in the not-to-exceed amount of$36,915 to complete the design and <br /> prepare biddable construction documents for the Val Vista Underdrain Improvements Project, CIP <br /> No. 21457, increasing the total task authorization amount from $74,480 to $111,395 <br /> Operations Services <br /> 8. Approved continuation of Local Drought Emergency <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Testa/Narum to approve the Consent Calendar as recommended and as <br /> noted.
