CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 434 ZONING UNIT NO. 46, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, CONCERNING APPLICATION OF JULIUS LEVINE, M.D., BEING TWO ACRES EASTERLY OF NEAL AND SECOND STREETS The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 46, as showr~ on map dated December, 1965, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning district of said territory. SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further described as follows: All that territory included in application of Julius Levine, M.D., being approximately two acres located on the north side of Neal Street between 4492 Second Street and 306 Neal Street. Said territory shall 'be classified R-2 (One and Two Family Residence) District. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on December 6, 1965.
