CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO o 431 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 45, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 <br /> (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID <br /> ORDINANCE, RE ANNEXATION NO o 38, STANLEY BOULEVARD <br /> ANNEX B; AND FINDING EMERGENCY EXISTS <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance <br />No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into <br />zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 45, as shown on map dated <br /> November, 1965, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as <br /> EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall <br /> designate the land use and zoning district <br /> of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> All that territory included in Annexation No. 38, <br /> "Stanley Boulevard Annex B", as filed with the <br /> Secretary of State and Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br /> Said territory shall be classified "RESTRICTED" <br /> for a period of ninety days, effective immediately, <br /> with all building permits to be withheld during said <br /> interim per iod. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. The City Council does hereby declare that an <br />emergency exists, requiring this ordinance to become effective <br />immediately upon adoption by vote of four-fifths of the City <br />Council. The City Council does hereby find as facts the follow- <br />ing in support of this emergency measure: <br /> <br /> a. The General Plan provides for creation of "Arroyo <br />del Valle Parkway" which would pass through said Zoning Unit <br /> <br />No. 43, and which would affect the alignment and future width of <br />Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
