CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO o 429 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 44, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO o <br /> 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF <br /> SAID ORDINANCE, RE KRUSE PROPERTY <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance <br />No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into <br />zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 44, as shown on map dated <br /> November, 1965, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as <br /> EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall <br /> designate the land use and zoning district <br /> of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> All that territory shown in the application <br /> of Marie E. Holdener, consisting of approximately <br /> twenty acres at the intersection of Greenwood <br /> Road, north of Black Avenue, commonly known as <br /> the "Kruse Property". <br /> <br /> Said area is hereby zoned R-1 (Single-family <br /> Residence) District. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on November 15, 1965. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton on NOVEMBER 22, 1965 , by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: COUNCILMEN BUBICS, GERTON, HARDING, McWILLIAMS & MAYOR LONG <br /> <br /> NOES: NONE <br /> <br /> ABSENT: NONE ("~, . ./~.' .... <br /> <br /> <br />
