<br />Table 3 indicates the modifications to CIP revenues included in the FY 2022/23 Mid-Term CIP. As part
<br />of the City’s strategy to fund City Council Priority Projects, an increase of $3.5 million in transfers is
<br />included. Funds are transferred from the General Fund ($1.7 million), Capital Reserves ($800,450) and
<br />Repair and Replacement Funds ($1 million) to the CIP projects. In the City Development Fee category,
<br />staff is estimating that the Capital Facilities Impact Fees and Traffic Impact Fees will collectively be
<br />$1.75 million less than originally included in the FY 2022/23 CIP, to reflect credits available to projects
<br />and not previously accounted for. Finally, there is a total reduction of $1.4 million in transfers from
<br />the Water and Sewer CIP funds due to anticipated reduction as a result of the ongoing drought in
<br />California, and associated reduction in revenues.
