Neary <br /> Under negotiation: Price and terms of payment of purchase <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> City Attorney Dan Sodergren advised there was no reportable action. <br /> ADJOURNMENT—The special meeting adjourned at 6:48 p.m. <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> Mayor Brown called the teleconferenced regular meeting of the City Council from various remote <br /> locations to order at the hour of 7:07 p.m. Councilmember Balch led the Pledge of Allegiance and <br /> provided opening remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Councilmember Balch requested Item 12 be continued to a future City Council meeting. He reported <br /> writing an advice letter to the California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) and has not yet <br /> received a reply leaving him unsure of a potential need to recuse. <br />
