HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds; $386,299 in City Lower Income <br /> Housing Funds; $223,528 in City General Funds for human services; and $81,000 in City <br /> General Funds for arts/culture and youth, for a total funding amount of approximately <br /> $1,184,796. <br /> SECTION 2: Council authorizes the City Manager to adjust final grant amounts for <br /> the two federal funding sources (CDBG and HOME) on a pro-rata basis according to the <br /> final allocations provided by HUD so long as the amounts are within twenty percent (20%) <br /> of the estimates in Tables A and B. <br /> SECTION 3: Council approves the FY 2022/2023 Annual Action Plan and <br /> authorizes the City Manager, or his or her designee, to submit the Action Plan to HUD <br /> and to execute all documents and certifications necessary to secure and award funding <br /> for the City. <br /> SECTION 4: Council authorizes the City Manager to enter into individual contracts <br /> with each agency receiving Pleasanton HHSG and CG funding in FY 2022/23 and to take <br /> all other necessary actions to carry out the HHSG and CG programs for FY 2022-23. <br /> SECTION 5: Contracts with subrecipient agencies will be executed after the City <br /> determines a finding of no significant impact through the federal environmental <br /> assessment process. <br /> SECTION 6: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it <br /> into the book of original resolutions. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on May 3, 2022. <br /> I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br /> foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 3rd <br /> day of May 2022, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Daniel G.
