The restriction on approving a tentative subdivision map on land covered <br /> by a land conservation contract entered into pursuant to the California <br /> Land Conservation Act of 1965 (Williamson Act) is not applicable. <br /> The site is not covered by any land conservation contract, and so the Planning <br /> Commission recommend that the Council find that the Williamson Act is not <br /> applicable to this Project. <br /> 9. The discharge of waste from the proposed subdivision would not result in <br /> violation of existing requirements prescribed by the California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB). <br /> Future homes will be connected to the City sanitary sewer system for <br /> conveyance to the sewer treatment plant. Stormwater runoff will be treated as <br /> part of the subdivision improvements. Thus, this subdivision will not result in <br /> violation of existing requirements prescribed by the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (RWQCB). The Planning Commission recommends that <br /> the City Council find that the proposed subdivision will meet this requirement. <br /> Section 4: The Planning Commission hereby recommends the following to the City <br /> Council: <br /> a. Find that the Project would not have a significant effect on the environment; <br /> b. Find that the Project is consistent with the 1998 HVSP FEIR and the 1998 <br /> HVSP FEIR mitigation measures related to development of the Spotorno Flat <br /> Area as listed in the Initial Study/Consistency Checklist prepared for the <br /> Project shall apply; <br /> c. Find that the Project is consistent with the General Plan and HVSP; <br /> d. Find that the Project is consistent with the purposes of the PUD Ordinance, <br /> and make the PUD findings as listed in Section 2, above; <br /> e. Find that the Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map application meets State law <br /> and the Zoning Ordinance of the Pleasanton Municipal Code (PMC) and <br /> make the required findings as listed in Section 3; <br /> f. Find that vacation of the easement is consistent with the General Plan; <br /> g.
