CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PL~-ASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAHEDA COUNT'i, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 420 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 39, AMENDING OPJ)INANCE NOo 309 <br /> (ZONING ORD~E) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID <br /> ORDINANCE, CONCERNING EAST SIDE OF FIRST STREET <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. <br />309', designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit Noo 39 as shown on map dated <br /> August, 1965, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT <br /> A, and made a part hereof, shall designate <br /> the land use and zoning district of said <br /> t err itory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> The northeasterly corner of Firs~ Street and <br /> Vineyard Avenue, being a irregular shaped <br /> parcel, measurin~ approximately 128' on the <br /> north, 141' on the east, 136' on the south and <br /> 111' on the west, consisting of property on <br /> Carroll and Safreno; designated C-T (Commercial <br /> Thoroughfare) District. <br /> <br /> The western portion of the block fronting <br /> First Street, bounded by Vineyard Avenue on <br /> the north and Kottinger Avenue on the south, <br /> and on the east bounded by a north south line <br /> running in the approximate middle of the <br /> block; save and excepting the C-T (Commercial <br /> Thoroughfare} area described above. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />~cf o£ Ple~s~n~o~ ~ August 23, 1965. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on September 7, 1965, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
