WATER EFFICIENT LANDSCAPE ORDINANCE (WELD): The project shall comply with the City <br /> of Pleasanton's Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (WELO) and Bay Friendly Basics <br /> Landscape Checklist. The applicant shall submit a Landscape Documentation Package in PDF <br /> format to the Landscape Architecture Division, which shall be subject to review and approval by <br /> the City Landscape Architect prior to building permit issuance. The Landscape Documentation <br /> Package shall include: <br /> a. Project Information; <br /> b.
