Construction Practices <br /> 8. WORK HOURS: All demolition and construction activities, inspections, plan checking, material <br /> delivery, staff assignment or coordination, etc., shall be limited to the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., <br /> Monday through Saturday. No construction shall be allowed on State or Federal Holidays or <br /> Sundays. The Director of Community Development may allow earlier"start times" or later"stop <br /> times" for specific construction activities, e.g., concrete pouring. All construction equipment shall <br /> meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling <br /> devices. Prior to construction, the hours of construction shall be posted on site. <br /> Fees <br /> 9. FEES: The applicant shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be subject, prior to <br /> issuance of grading and/or building permits, or prior to recordation of the final map, whichever is <br /> applicable. The type and amount of the fees shall be those in effect at the time the permit is <br /> issued. <br /> 10. PREVIOUS CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: All Conditions of Approval of PUD-99-12 shall <br /> remain in full force and effect. (Project specific condition.) <br /> 2. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: If keeping of the farm animals results in conflicts pertaining to <br /> noise, dust, odor, or other factors, at the discretion of the Community Development Director, the <br /> animal use permit may be submitted to the Planning Commission for their subsequent review. If <br /> necessary, the Planning Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such <br /> impacts or may revoke the animal use permit approval. (Project specific condition.) <br /> 3. OPERATIONAL CRITERIA: The applicant shall ensure that the keeping and/or maintenance of <br /> the farm animals is done in such manner as to cause no damage or hazard to persons or <br /> property in the vicinity or to generate offensive noise, dust or odor and shall maintain the barn <br /> and outside areas the animals have access to a clean and orderly manner at all times. All feces <br /> and /or feed, shall be disposed of in a sanitary manner. <br /> a. The animals shall be secured on the property within a fenced area such that the animals <br /> cannot escape and shall not be set loose within the neighborhood, residential, and/or <br /> commercial areas. <br /> b. No more than two sheep, two goats, and/or two horses shall be allowed to be kept at the <br /> subject site. Should additional animals be desired, the property owner shall secure a <br /> new animal use permit. (Project specific condition.) <br /> Site Development and Building Design <br /> 6. BUILDING MATERIALS AND COLORS: The building materials and colors in the Approved <br /> Plans shall be stated on the building permit plans. <br /> 7.
