CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 419 <br /> <br /> AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 (ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE) , CHANGING CERTAIN PERMITTED <br /> USES CONCERNING AUTOMOBILES TO CONDITIONAL <br /> USES IN ARTICLES 11 AND 13. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 309 (Zoning Ordinance) at Article <br />11 concerning C-C (Community Commercial District) is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br /> a) Section 11.102 is hereby repealed. <br /> b) Section 11. 106 is hereby repealed. <br /> c) Section 11.107 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "11. 107 Hotels." <br /> d) A new section is hereby added to Article 11 as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "11. 307 New car dealers, garages for automobile <br /> Storage, and minor repairs, and con~nercial parking <br /> lots, and motor hotels." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 309 (Zoning Ordinance) at Article <br />13 concerning C-G (General Commercial District) is hereby amended <br />as fo 1 lows: <br /> <br /> a) Section 13.107 is hereby repealed. <br /> b) A new Section, 13.306, is hereby added to read as <br /> fo 1 lows: <br /> <br /> "13.306 New and Used Car Sales." <br /> <br /> SECTION ~3. This Ordinance shall be published once in "THE <br />TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation published within the <br />City, and shall be effective thirty (30) days from date of adoptiol <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on August 9, 1965. <br /> <br /> ADOFrED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on August 16, 1965, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Cairo and McWilliams <br /> <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: Councilmen Hardipg and Long. <br /> ,.. \",~ / ~ ,.."'
