The Developer should explain the form and options offered. These options shall <br /> include all City Mandatory to Offer upgrades and any additional Universal Design upgrades that maybe offered by <br /> the Developer. <br /> The Developer is responsible for providing a copy of this form to the City of Dublin Building&Safety Division, <br /> signed by the Developer's Representative and the Buyer(s), prior to final inspection of the dwelling.
