CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 418 G C SAID ORDINANCE, CONCERNING CIVIC CENTER AREA The City Council of th~ City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The '~Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton:~, dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 37 as shown on map dated August, 1965, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning district of said territory. SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further described as follows: All that area bounded by the centerlines of Abbie St., First St., Sunol Blvd., Main St. and Bernal Ave. All that area bounded by the centerlines of Augustine St., Bernal Ave., Main St., and a line parallel to Bernal Ave. and 150 ft. northerly thereo f. All that area bounded by the centerlines of Harrison St., Augustine St., Bernal Ave. and a line parallel to Bernal Ave. and 150 ft. northerly thereof o All of said property shall be designated C-O (Conmercial Office) District. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on August 2, 1965.
