B. Billings and Collections. The City will coordinate the levy, the placement, and the <br /> collection of all assessments for the District and will maintain liaison activities with <br /> the Consenting Agencies. <br /> C. Disbursements to the Corporation. The City shall disburse assessments collected <br /> from lodging businesses within the District to the Corporation within 30 days of <br /> receipt by the City. <br /> D. Collection / Enforcement. The City and consenting agencies shall diligently pursue <br /> collection of delinquent assessments within their jurisdictions. The collections shall <br /> include sending letters and, if necessary, filing actions in a timely manner to <br /> recover assessments, costs, fees, interest and all applicable penalties. <br /> 3. GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> A. General Fund Not Liable. Neither the General Fund of the City or of the <br /> Consenting Agencies nor any other fund or monies of the City or the Consenting <br /> Agencies, except for the actual District assessments received, shall be liable for <br /> payment of any obligations arising from the Agreement. Said obligations are not <br /> debts of the City nor the Consenting Agencies, nor a legal or equitable pledge, <br /> charge, lien or encumbrance upon any of their property or upon the income, receipt <br /> or revenues. This Agreement embodies all of the Corporation's reimbursement <br /> rights and no further note or other document shall be required to be executed by <br /> the City or the Consenting Agencies. <br /> B. Notices. Any notice, tender, delivery, or other communication pursuant to this <br /> Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to be properly given when <br /> delivered or mailed in the manner provided in this paragraph to the following <br /> persons: <br /> City: City of Pleasanton <br /> P.O.
