Cities of Dublin and Pleasanton | Disaster Debris Management Plan | 2022 <br />ii <br /> <br />Letter of Promulgation <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton Disaster Debris Management Plan <br /> <br />PROMULGATION <br />The City of Pleasanton Disaster Debris Management Plan (DDMP) provides a comprehensive <br />framework for the management of debris following a disaster. It addresses the roles and <br />responsibilities of City departments, other government organizations, as well as private firms and <br />nongovernmental organizations that might have a role in debris operations. <br /> <br />The City of Pleasanton DDMP ensures consistency with current policy guidance and describes <br />the interrelationship with other levels of government. The plan will continue to evolve, responding <br />to lessons learned from actual disaster and emergency experiences, ongoing planning efforts, <br />training and exercise activities, and federal guidance. <br /> <br />Therefore, in recognition of the role of the City in managing debris following a disaster and wit h <br />the authority vested in me as the City Manager/Director of Emergency Services, I hereby <br />promulgate the City of Pleasanton DDMP. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />____________________________________ ____________ <br />Brian Dolan, Interim City Manager Date <br /> <br />
