Road clearance <br />priorities are pre-established to allow access to critical public facilities such as fire stations, police <br />stations, hospitals, shelters, and emergency supply centers. The Cities' priority roads for <br />emergency clearance are listed in Attachment N of this plan. <br /> <br />Debris Damage Assessment <br />Damage assessments are necessary to determine the extent and the location of the debris.
