CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 417 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 37, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND ~'ZONIa~G <br /> MAP '~ OF SAID ORDINANCE, WILLIAM MARSH <br /> PROPERTY, SUNOL BOULEVARD <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br /> Drdain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The ~Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton~, <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance <br />!No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into <br />~zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 37, as shown on map dated <br /> July, 1965, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as <br /> EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall <br /> designate the land use and zoning district <br /> of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> William Marsh property, being triangular <br /> property lying easterly of Sunol Boulevard, <br /> and southerly of the I.O.O.F. cemetery property° <br /> <br /> C-O (Co~.mercial-Office) District. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on July 12, 1965. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on July 19, 1965, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Cairo, Harding, McWilliams and <br /> Mayor Long <br /> <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ~.I~-~ JOHN B.
