The applicant shall bear all costs <br /> for work related to this condition by their geotechnical engineer. <br /> 38. DUST CONTROL PLAN: The applicant shall submit a written dust control plan or <br /> procedure with the first submittal of the grading and improvement plans to the <br /> Engineering Department subject to the review and approval of the Director of <br /> Engineering/City Engineer. <br /> Construction <br /> 39.
