The City Council hereby approves Case Nos. P20-1053, the application of <br /> Wassim Naguib to construct a new 1,069 square-foot two-story residential unit behind an existing <br /> commercial building located at 218 Ray Street, subject to the Conditions of Approval shown in <br /> Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> SECTION 3.
