RESOLUTION NO. 22-1279 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />ACCEPTING THE MIDYEAR FY 2021/22 OPERATING BUDGET AND AMENDING <br />THE FY 2021/22 OPERATING BUDGET ACCORDINGLY <br />WHEREAS, staff periodically presents to the City Council reports regarding the financial <br />condition of the City along with any recommendations for budget amendments and technical <br />corrective actions needed; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the FY 2021/22 Operating Budget ("Budget") on <br />June 15, 2021 and <br />WHEREAS, staff prepared the Midyear Budget update that includes recommended <br />amendments to the Budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. It ratifies adjustments approved by the City Manager and funded from the <br />General Fund contingency totaling $77,370 for (1) Livermore Airport noise study ($7,700), (2) <br />Alameda County Transportation Committee membership dues ($42,170), and (3) contribution to <br />Pleasanton Unified School District solar panel project ($27,500). <br />SECTION 2. Allocate the $5,362,549 General Fund surplus to the Capital Improvement <br />Program Reserve Fund. <br />SECTION 3.
