Boulevard. Recycled water supplies delivered by City of Livermore to City of <br /> Pleasanton for Project uses will be sold at City of Livermore's standard rates, <br /> effective at the time of delivery. <br /> 2. The maximum daily recycled water demand of the Project is estimated at 0.4 <br /> million gallons per day ("MGD"). <br /> F. Staffing <br /> 1. City of Livermore will be responsible for hiring and providing temporary <br /> employees to operate the recycled water fill station. <br /> 2. DSRSD, with the assistance of the City of Livermore, will provide training of the <br /> temporary staff hired to operate the recycled water fill station. <br /> 3. Only the cost of employees to operate the recycled water fill station will be <br /> jointly shared costs. All other staff time provided for the Project will be the <br /> responsibility of the party providing it. <br /> G. Cost Sharing <br /> 1. Development, construction, operation, and maintenance costs will be funded <br /> equally by the Parties. Project development costs (including all planning, design, <br /> permitting, and construction costs) are estimated at$1,000,000. Annual operating <br /> costs, including required staffing, maintenance activities, utility costs,purchase of <br /> recycled water supply from Livermore, and all associated labor costs, are <br /> estimated at $300,000. <br /> 2. City of Livermore will incur energy costs specifically associated with the <br /> production of the additional recycled water required for the Project. Energy costs <br /> for the months that the Project was operating and open to residents will be <br /> produced and provided by the City of Livermore at the end of each year. <br /> 3. Recycled water purchase costs are as follows for City of Livermore: costs $3.30 <br /> per CCF or 748 gallons (2022 cost). Recycled water purchase costs are as follow <br /> for DERWA: $1.39 per CCF or 748 gallons (for 2022). The rates provided may <br /> be subject to change during the term of Agreement. The Parties agree to notify <br /> each other before changes are made to the recycled water purchase rates; <br /> however, the Parties acknowledge and agree that DERWA's rates are set <br /> independently by DERWA and are not subject to the control of any Party to this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 4. The jointly shared costs described herein may be partially reimbursed by Program <br /> Fee revenues (described below), subject to availability. <br /> 5 <br />
