Scope includes 5 new illustrative diagrams. Task 8: Revisions to Housing Objective Design Standards to coordinate with the final Housing Element Once the 2023 Pleasanton Housing Element is finalized, revisions would need to be made to the Pleasanton Objective Design Standards for Housing Sites Final Draft to account for changes in regulation resulting from the housing element process.VMWP will undertake text changes and make corresponding graphic updates to ensure the ODS works in concert with the Housing Element. Total:$22,000 Deliverables: Edits to Pleasanton Objective Design Standards for Housing Sites Final Draft to coordinate with changes resulting from the Housing Element process • Task 7b: Housing Element Test-Fit Studies VMWP will evaluate and test specific sites identified as part of the housing element process to determine realistic unit yield.The evaluation will take into account the physical limitations of the study site,the limitations imposed through applicable land use controls, practical constraints such as building typology, building code and life safety requirements,and economic considerations.The product of this analysis will be diagrammatic building massing models and data including unit yield, feasible density, and lot coverage. The scope of this analysis is limited to six(6)sites ranging from 0-12 acres and a maximum of two different housing typologies to confirm the Housing Element density range.
