Scope <br /> includes 5 new illustrative diagrams. <br /> Task 8: Revisions to Housing Objective Design Standards to coordinate with the final <br /> Housing Element <br /> Once the 2023 Pleasanton Housing Element is finalized, revisions would need to be made to the <br /> Pleasanton Objective Design Standards for Housing Sites Final Draft to account for changes in <br /> regulation resulting from the housing element process.VMWP will undertake text changes and make <br /> corresponding graphic updates to ensure the ODS works in concert with the Housing Element. <br /> Total:$22,000 <br /> Deliverables: Edits to Pleasanton Objective Design Standards for Housing Sites Final Draft to <br /> coordinate with changes resulting from the Housing Element process <br /> • <br /> Task 7b: Housing Element Test-Fit Studies <br /> VMWP will evaluate and test specific sites identified as part of the housing element process to <br /> determine realistic unit yield.The evaluation will take into account the physical limitations of the study <br /> site,the limitations imposed through applicable land use controls, practical constraints such as <br /> building typology, building code and life safety requirements,and economic considerations.The <br /> product of this analysis will be diagrammatic building massing models and data including unit yield, <br /> feasible density, and lot coverage. <br /> The scope of this analysis is limited to six(6)sites ranging from 0-12 acres and a maximum of two <br /> different housing typologies to confirm the Housing Element density range. <br /> Total:$5,000 <br /> Deliverables:Site diagrams and spreadsheet data illustrating impacts of development standards and <br /> regulation on housing yields. <br /> • <br /> New/Extended Services Fees(Tasks 3a&7b): $49,500 <br /> Less unused task fees from existing contract(Task 4, 5,Allowance): $19,714.05 <br /> Contract Amendment: $29,785.95 <br /> Contract Total(as amended) $150,185.95 <br />
