The discharge of waste from the proposed subdivision would not result in <br />violation of existing requirements prescribed by the California Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB). <br />Future homes will be connected to the City sanitary sewer system for conveyance <br />to the sewer treatment plant. Stormwater runoff will be treated as part of the <br />subdivision improvements. Thus, this subdivision will not result in violation of <br />existing requirements prescribed by the California Regional Water Quality Control <br />Board (RWQCB). The City Council finds that the proposed subdivision will meet <br />this requirement. <br />SECTION 4. The City Council hereby approves the Project, as reflected in the plans dated <br />November 23, 2021 for the Project on a vacant lot with APN 949-16-6, subject to the Conditions <br />of Approval in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated into this ordinance by reference. <br />SECTION 5. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days <br />after its adoption in The Valley Times,' a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br />of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's <br />office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br />SECTION 6.
