(PROJECT SPECIFIC <br />CONDITION) <br />11. DESIGN GUIDELINES: The design guidelines, titled the Flat @ Spotorno Ranch, dated <br />"Received" May 13, 2021, shall be available for all lot owners. Any revisions to the <br />design guidelines shall be subject to review and approval by the Director of Community <br />Development. <br />Prior to recordation of the final map, the Flat @ Spotorno Ranch design guidelines shall <br />be modified to reflect the following: <br />PUD -138 and VTM 8616 Page 3 of 25 <br />
