CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 413 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 34, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) and "ZONING <br /> MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE ANNEXATION <br /> NO. 37, "GOLDEN EAGLE ANNEX". <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />or da in as fo 1 lows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. <br />309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit no. 34 as shown on map dated <br />June 1965, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall <br />designate the land use and zoning district of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
