CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 04-051 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT AND LEVYING <br />THE 2004-05 ASSESSMENT FOR LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE DISTRICT <br />1993-1 (WINDSOR) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on July 20, 2004 on the <br /> question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment for Lighting and Landscape <br /> Assessment District No. 1993-1 (Windsor); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there were no protests regarding the proposed assessments; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The City Council confirms the Engineer's Report, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />The City Council hereby levies the 2004-05 annual assessments in connection with <br />Lighting and Landscape Assessment District No. 1993-1 (Windsor), as described in the <br />Engineer's Report. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD <br />ON July 20, 2004 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Campbell <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Hosterman, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />Da~vn G.
