RESOLUTION NO. 22-1272 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING <br />MINOR SUBDIVISION MAP P21-0132 AT 3707 TRENERY DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, Terry Townsend has applied for Minor Subdivision Map approval to subdivide an <br />approximately 1.3 -acre "L" shaped vacant parcel on the southside of Trenery Drive and westside of <br />Martin Avenue into two parcels measuring approximately 21,886 square feet (Parcel 1/A) and <br />approximately 34,840 square feet (Parcel 2/13) in area located 3707 Trenery Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the minor subdivision map is submitted in conformance with the PUD application, <br />PUD -142; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of February 15, 2022, the City Council <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff and Planning <br />Commission concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the environmental effects of this project were reviewed with the PUD application, <br />PUD -142, and it was determined the project is exempt from additional CEQA review because the <br />project was adequately analyzed in the proposed project was undertaken with the Initial <br />Study/Negative Declaration adopted by the City Council for RZ-97-2 in conformance with the <br />standards of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br />WHEREAS, after a review of the materials presented, the Pleasanton City Council reaffirms <br />all the considerations and findings set forth in Planning Commission staff report; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the proposed subdivision is in keeping with the <br />requirements of the PUD development plan, PUD -142. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Approves the application for Minor Subdivision Map approval to subdivide an <br />approximately 1.3 -acre "L" shaped vacant parcel on the southside of Trenery Drive and westside of <br />Martin Avenue into two parcels measuring approximately 21,886 square feet (Parcel 1/A) and <br />approximately 34,840 square feet (Parcel 2/13) in area located 3707 Trenery Drive, subject to the <br />conditions shown in Exhibit A of PUD -142, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon the effective date of <br />the ordinance approving the PUD -142. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a <br />regular meeting held on February 15, 2022. <br />I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br />resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 15' day of February <br />2022, by the following vote: <br />
