Proposed design guidelines detail the development standards
and design criteria for construction of the future homes and related development. The
proposed design guidelines' development standards are generally consistent with those
required for PUD-SRDR lots by the HVSP in areas of building setbacks and heights.
Additionally, the design guidelines designate Lots 1-2 and 19-22 to be one-story homes.
The proposed design guidelines also include allowing ADUs with a maximum height of
25 feet for any two-story ADU or ADU located on the second level. As described below,
some of the lots would be limited to single-story homes; on such lots, the maximum
height of the ADU would also be limited.
Please see Attachments 4 and 5 for Planning Commission agenda report and project
exhibits for details, respectively.
