AimTD LIC <br /> er� <br /> Aim Traffic Data <br /> Summary / Key Points <br /> This proposal is a response to "Request for Proposal for 2022 Annual Citywide Intersection Counts" <br /> issued by the City of Pleasanton. AimTD proposes to comply with all conditions listed in the RFP. Our <br /> proposal, in addition to general company information, addresses project specific requirements. <br /> The data collection is conducted using video. The video recorded data is being reduced using computer <br /> aided process, then visually validated by our highly trained technicians, and quality assured through the <br /> multi-step quality control process.Our quality control process includes the shared cloud mapping, random <br /> 5 and 15 min reduced video checks, neighboring intersection reasonable vehicle volume flow checks and, <br /> if available, checks against historical counts. AimTD has a good capacity to collect video data at all 156 <br /> intersections in under two weeks and deliver the report within two weeks. We plan to allocate 100 cameras <br /> for this project and could add more if it becomes necessary. <br /> 3 <br /> Examples of previous work are attached to this presentation. AimTD was awarded this project in 2017 <br /> and 2019 and we will provide data sheets to exactly match format requested by the city in the Reporting <br /> section of the RFP specifically including 5-minute count intervals, bike specific movement counts, aerial <br /> view and GPS coordinates. <br /> No interns or temporary workers will be working on this project, we will only use our permanent <br /> employees for this project. <br /> The data will be provided as a Hard Copy and in electronic PDF and Excel formats. <br /> As part of our services, we will include bus and heavy truck volumes and percentages at no additional <br /> cost. <br /> The quality of data provided to the City will be checked throughout the process and only high-quality <br /> validated data sets will be provided to the City of Pleasanton. All counts will be scheduled for March or <br /> April 2022 and will be collected by April 29th 2022 as per the RFP requirements. <br /> 2022 Annual Citywide Intersection Counts/ City of Pleasanton / AimTD LLC <br />
